Connie Wilder, Executive Coach & CEO, brings more than 25 years of experience to both corporate and non-profit companies, by partnering with individuals and teams to help them increase their effectiveness and find more fulfillment at work. As an accomplished Speech Coach, she supports strong speakers in becoming extraordinary, compelling communicators.

Connie’s career spans Sales Management, Marketing, Training, Communications, and Leadership Development, within industries such as Technology, Insurance, Healthcare, Advertising, Legal, Telecommunications, Natural Wellness Products, and more, working with companies such as Centex Telemanagement, MFS Intelenet, Woodruff Sawyer, Knock, Inc., MEDA (Metropolitan Economic Development Association), NorthPoint Communications, and Cambridge Naturals.

She has a unique ability to help them uncover anything that may be impeding their true brilliance and strengths, so they can lead from that place. 

Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and is a certified coach through Coach Training Alliance, an ICF-accredited program. She is also a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International. She previously served on the boards of directors for RESOLVE, the National Infertility Association’s San Francisco Chapter, Yellow Tree Theater in Osseo, Minnesota, and Students Rising Above, a nonprofit based in San Francisco, CA.

When Connie is not working, she enjoys various activities such as volunteering, skiing, and traveling to places such as Cinque Terre, Italy (one of her, and her family’s, favorites), Vail, Colorado, and sailing in the British Virgin Islands. She lives in Maple Grove, Minnesota, with her husband and their young adult twins.
